We know some things about him through history, through the Scriptures, through the Tradition and Church councils, and through faith. The bottom line is this: What is not assumed is redeemed. In other words, God came to earth and took-on every part of our humanity, except sin, in order to restore to us the Image and Likeness of God. That same God-man suffered and died for us. Our study of Jesus is meant to lead to devotion, not to a degree in Theology.<br /><br />Therefore, the next assigment is Chapter 35 and Appendix B. We will then start to talk about Prayer and Relationship.<br /><br />OUR NEXT MEETING IS OCTOBER 27. The response was powerful - over 100 people turned out for the event. We have it all on video of course. <br />We looked at the entire story of salvation and told that story in 2 or 3 different ways.
